The daily inspiration for today is Tony Robbin’s morning routine which is SUPER powerful. He calls it “Priming.” This exercise combines techniques from the great thought leaders to bring you a 10-minute morning routine you can do anywhere. This routine will bring you into alignment and get you in the best possible mindset to have an amazing day!

To do the exercise along with Tony as he guides you skip to minute 57:00 or so in the video below. If you have a little more time I recommend watching the last 30 minutes of the video, skipping instead to the 44:00 minute mark, to where he discusses the reasoning behind his morning routine and goes into more detail about it. You’ll also get to see him dance with the crowd (to release energy) which is always a good time.
